I really haven't tested that. I would imagine, as with any cheesecake substance, it wouldn't be able to be left out for hours.

Hi I would like to make these for a function just wondering if I can freeze them in advance of function or how long do they last in the fridge for.

they last a couple of days in the fridge. I've never tried to freeze them so don't really know if it would work or not.

The shot glasses for desserts come in different ounce sizes, what size are you using for the Caramel Cheesecake shooters? I don't want too small, but also not too large which would make the dessert not as presentable. Thank you

The best size to use is either 2 or 3 oz
