“Feel the Force” with this Yoda Cocktail

Yoda Cocktail and Mocktail

Although many think of Yoda as an adorable little creature that talks funny, real Star Wars fans know his history:

Yoda was a legendary Jedi Master and stronger than most in his connection with the Force. Small in size but wise and powerful, he trained Jedi for over 800 years, playing integral roles in the Clone Wars, the instruction of Luke Skywalker, and unlocking the path to immortality.

Though arguably the Order’s greatest master of the Force and most skilled warrior, Yoda believed most firmly in the importance of instructing younger generations and never missed an opportunity to ensure his students learn from their experiences. At heart, the diminutive Jedi Master was a teacher.

Now that we have spent weeks doing it all – we have become teacher – parent – at home worker – house cleaner and cook – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, it certainly is time for a little whimsical fun in the form of this Yoda cocktail.

Baby Yoda’s adorable, lovable appearance in the Mandalorian helped make the character a widespread hit.

“You think Yoda stops teaching, just because his student does not want to hear? A teacher Yoda is. Yoda teaches like drunkards drink, like killers kill.” – Yoda

The best part of this cocktail is it can be made into a mocktail for the kids too!

To make it into a mocktail, simply add non-alcoholic margarita mix or mellow yellow/mountain dew. Anything that is green in color will work perfectly in this recipe.

The kids will love it!

The recipe only requires 4 ingredients. It will most likely take longer to make your little cute Yoda than it will to mix it up!

  • Once Yoda’s outfit is secured to the coupe glass, strain your margarita into the Martini Coupe Glass.
  • Take your lime wedges and slice a sliver in the middle of the wedge so that when they are placed on the rim of the glass, they stick up all perky like to resemble his ears.

Next time you’re getting ready to watch a few Star Wars movies or Mandalorian episodes, why not enjoy a Yoda cocktail (or two!).

Make some of the non-alcoholic version for the kids to enjoy too!
