Broadway at the Beach has been a favorite of Myrtle Beach locals as well as those visiting the Grand Strand for 20 years. You can easily spend a few days exploring the specialty shops and restaurants offered. There are many changes coming to Broadway at the Beach that visitors and locals will be thrilled about!

Recently, Broadway at the Beach announced some changes that will be taking place. Several popular spots in the complex will be taking on renovations and remodeling. Remodeling projects are being completed at Klig’s Kites, Senor Frogs, Crocodile Rocks, Pepper Palace, Tiki Jim’s, The Fudgery, Build-A-Bear Workshop and Fat Tuesday.
The following is a list of changes that will be happening at Broadway at the Beach:
Hard Rock Cafe is moving from its iconic pyramid to a new location where Broadway Louie’s used to be. The newly designed Hard Rock Cafe will be located at the entryway to a new entertainment and nightlife plaza. The new restaurant will feature a live music stage, event space, patio seating, and enough room for 528 guests.

Dave and Busters has signed a lease for a location at Broadway at the Beach. While there is no official opening date set, we know locals and visitors to Myrtle Beach will love the addition of a Dave & Busters to the area!
Plans have been submitted for Paula Deen’s Family Restaurant to be built at Broadway at the Beach. Carlos’ n Charlie’s will be demolished and the Paul Deen restaurant will be built in its place.
A new nightclub called OZ will be joining the Celebrations Nightlife family in Celebrity Square. This new nightclub will offer some exciting experiences. Each night OZ will transform into a totally different club, changing decor, design, theme, feel, and atmosphere.
In the New England Fishing Village section of Broadway at the Beach, the Master’s Edition Fine Art Gallery will showcase art collections of chapels, churches, Native American art and more from artists like Robert Finale, Abraham Hunter and Mark Keathley.

Kilwins Chocolates ! “Sweet in every sense since 1947” opened in April. The sweets shop offers high quality chocolate, toffee, ice cream, caramel, fudge, apples, brittles, specialty baskets and more.
Hollywood Heroes & Villains, Pick A Pearl, Tech Stop, while MyCup, Flashy Feet and Christmas at the Beach are all new specialty stores expected to open this year.
Backstage Escape Games featuring an exciting escape room will open soon. Participants will work to escape by solving clues during a timed challenge.
