The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin has a total of 17 restaurants and lounges – with four being signature dining experiences. Each of these fine dining restaurants offers their own special cuisine paired with fine wines in beautiful settings.
Celebrity Chef Todd English’s bluezoo Restaurant is located in the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort. A combination restaurant and lounge, the decor at bluezoo can only be described as a work of art and light. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I toured this restaurant – but I can say I was extremely impressed with the decor.
The menu combines cuisines from around the world and is predominately seafood, with a limited selection of beef, chicken and pasta dishes. Prices range from $30 for grilled chicken and climb to $60 for a two pound Maine “Cantonese” lobster. There is a large enough selection to please just about anyone. Todd English’s bluezoo has won numerous awards for its food and wine list. The restaurant offers an extensive wine menu as well as an extensive cocktail menu, and a children’s menu is available upon request.
Reservations are recommended and can be made up to 180 days in advance through Walt Disney World Dining. The Tables in Wonderland discount program is also accepted.
Todd English’s bluezoo Lounge offers the same fare as the restaurant, plus a bar menu that features crab nachos, brisket burgers and other gourmet takes on bar food favorites. Seating is first-come, first-served.
As with all four of the signature dining experiences at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, guests of the resorts will be offered two free hours of babysitting service for children ages 4 to 12 at Camp Dolphin.
