South Carolina is a state full of smiling faces and beautiful places. Full of spots to vacation no matter what you like to do from mountains to beaches, everyone can find the perfect place to vacation in South Carolina.
Since I live in this beautiful Palmetto state (our state tree), I’ve decided this year to look for some of the less frequented and off the beaten path fun things to see and do in South Carolina.
South Carolina: Come on Over!
I recently wrote about a chocolate shop road trip through South Carolina that all chocolate lovers should take at least once. Now let’s concentrate on milkshakes!
Founded in 2012 Grill Marks serves up gourmet milkshakes that are meals in themselves and also has an amazing wine list that adds to the menu full of great burgers, salads, sides and desserts.
This milkshake BAR also serves up a variety of shakes that include your favorite alcohol. They call them Shake Tails. And yes, you can also get them with beer.
Grill Marks • Burgers • Shakes • Bar has three locations in South Carolina: two are located Greenville and one in Columbia. You can check out the full menu of shakes on their official website and follow the fun on their Facebook page.
Since I always say a picture is worth a thousand words – behold a small sampling of the milkshakes of Grill Marks! Photo Credit for all Photos: Grill Marks Restaurant
They actually have a YouTube video on the best way to “eat” one of their shakes!
