Sharing is caring!

I was thrilled to dine at Terralina Crafted Italian -Disney Springs as their guest. All opinions are my own.

Disney Springs has changed so dramatically in recent years and one of the best changes has been all of the dining options.

Terralina Crafted Italian Disney Springs

I loved Portofino’s Italian restaurant that was in this space previously but had not tried the replacement, Terralina Crafted Italian, yet so I was excited to finally get the chance.

Terralina Crafted Italian Disney Springs has a great location, nestled right by the water. Both the interior and exterior of the building are very cozy and inviting.

The restaurant is inspired by the design and lifestyle of Italy’s famed Lake District and offers an outside veranda bar, uniquely furnished dining rooms and a very homey Chef’s kitchen area.

Although at this time the restaurant is operating a smaller menu due to the pandemic, there are still so many choices it’s hard to decide.

The menu boasts genuine, Italian cuisine cooked in Terralina’s own signature olive oil—and a thoughtful selection of artisanal, hand-tossed pizzas and fresh vegetable dishes prepared in the gourmet wood-burning oven.

From the minute we arrived, the service was excellent. The Hostesses greeted us, and everyone else in the lobby, making us feel right at home. We were taken to our table promptly and immediately greeted by our server who did a great job at making us feel welcome.

Near the host/hostess stand is a nice and comfortable seating area in front of a fireplace that lets those waiting for their table rest and relax. The restaurant itself is also very cozy and comfortable, dark and quiet enough for a romantic meal, but light and open enough for a fun get-together with family and friends.

Paper bags are provided at each table for your mask storage during your stay.

Social distancing is in full swing in the restaurant with limited tables/capacity being used.

The restaurant bottles their own special blend of olive oil that makes everything you eat taste better!

Appetizers consisted of Bruschetta and Mozzarella Stuffed Rice Balls.

Since there were 5 of us dining together (3 adults and 2 kids), we were able to order a wide array of dishes. Not one of us were disappointed!

Rigatoni Calabrese – Housemade Sausage, Tomato, Olive, Mushroom, Escarole
Parmesan Duo – Chicken and Eggplant Parmesan, Spaghetti Pomodoro
RIBEYE – mashed potatoes, asparagus, pickled red onions, fresh gremolata

Both of the kids ordered the Gnocchi from the regular menu. The portions of all meals were large so neither of the kids were able to finish their meals!

GNOCCHI – Nonna’s pork ragu, potato dumplings

Although we were all full from our meals, we couldn’t pass up a few desserts. We knew they would be outstanding!

Overview

The atmosphere is wonderful and the service outstanding. Although operating with a limited menu at this time, a meal at Terralina Crafted Italian Disney Springs is well worth the visit.

The prices are reasonable for the Disney Springs market, with dinner entrees ranging from $20 to $44. Lunch sandwiches are under $15 and wood-fired pizza start at $15.

The restaurant offers a large wine list. Most are available by the glass or by the bottle. The list of cocktails, non-alcoholic specialty drinks and beers (including imported Italian craft beers) is also large. You can find just about anything you desire to wet your whistle!

If you are planning a trip to Walt Disney World and Disney Springs soon, I highly recommend you enjoy a lunch or dinner at Terralina Crafted Italian Disney Springs.

The restaurant offers amazing service and amazing food!

Bon Appetit!
