SeaWorld San Diego

A trip to SeaWorld is more than just walking around the park and looking at aquariums. Here you will be able to observe a variety of sea creatures, as well as feel some of them in the touch pools, walk through an underwater shark viewing tunnel, watch presentations, and even ride amusement rides! There are so many great ways to enjoy your time at SeaWorld, so be sure to leave a whole day open if you are planning on stopping here.

USS Midway Museum

If you have ever wondered what it was like to be on one of those huge aircraft carriers that travel the ocean, this is the place for you. To gain access to The USS Midway Museum you must first board the vessel! From there it is full of all kinds of fun and interesting exhibits and activities to keep you and your family busy for hours.

Mission Trails Regional Park

If you are looking for a great way to burn some energy, stop by the Mission Trails Regional Park. There are about 60 scenic trails to hike, as well as a lake to go boating on. You can even camp in the park, if you are feeling extra adventurous.

Birch Aquarium

There are not too many kids who are not mesmerized by watching fish and other sea life swimming in giant aquariums. Be sure to check out the scheduled feedings of all sorts of sea creatures and watch as your child’s eyes light up.

San Diego Zoo

What is not to love about the San Diego Zoo? There are more than 3,700 animals to observe and learn about, as well as tours, 4-D theaters, shows, and play areas for when you or your littles need a break. There are even fun animal encounters at certain times of the day. You and your family are sure to have a blast at this zoo.
