Pixar’s Coco is going to be full of warm, gentle humor and colorful themes – after a very special guitar transports a young boy and his dog to the Land of the Dead, he meets some long-departed relatives and that’s where it all begins!! Thanks to the trailers available for Coco, it’s already obvious that this film from Pixar will be a visually compelling masterpiece.
Coco follows a 12-year-old boy named Miguel who sets off a chain of events relating to a century-old mystery, leading to an extraordinary family reunion. Despite his family’s baffling generations-old ban on music, Miguel dreams of becoming an accomplished musician like his idol, Ernesto de la Cruz . Desperate to prove his talent, Miguel finds himself magically transported to the stunning and colorful Land of the Dead following a mysterious chain of events. Along the way, he meets charming trickster Hector, and together, they set off on an extraordinary journey to unlock the real story behind Miguel’s family history.
