What You Need:
- Small shot glass type plastic cups
- 8 oz tub of Cool Whip
- 1 Berry Blue Jell-O Gelatin (3 oz size)
- 1 packet of unflavored gelatin (3 oz size)
- 1 can Condensed Milk
- Olaf Cocoa Trimming Kit
Directions:
Place Berry Blue Jell-O in a bowl and whisk in 2/3 cup boiling water.
Stir until dissolved and allow to cool.
Once cooled, fill each cup about 1/3 full of blue Jell-O and allow to chill and set in the refrigerator.
Mix 1 packet of unflavored gelatin with 2/3 cup water and 1 can of condensed milk.
Once the blue Jell-O is set, add white gelatin on top of the blue and place in refrigerator.
Once the white gelation has fully set top with another layer of blue.
Once the third layer is set top with whipped cream to make your Olaf body.
Top with Olaf face.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Note:
Be sure to plan ahead. It does take a considerable amount of time to prepare these treats since you have to wait for the individual layers of gelatin to set before adding the next layer.
No one wants to have a drippy, runny, melting Olaf!

WHEN IS FROZEN 2 COMING OUT?
Frozen 2 is set to come out on November 22, 2019.
WHO IS IN FROZEN 2?
Idina Menzel (Elsa) , Kristen Bell (Anna), Josh Gad (Olaf) and Jonathan Groff (Kristoff) are all set to return. I’ve also seen reports that Evan Rachel Wood and Sterling K Brown have joined the cast.
WHAT DO THE FROZEN 2 TRAILERS TELL US?
In the first trailer released in February, 2019, we saw Anna, Elsa, Kristoff and Olaf all back and seemingly training to fight an evil force.
Apart from new costumes, we also saw floating diamonds and two new featured characters. The diamonds show up in the second trailer too.
In that trailer we see a new character telling Elsa “the past is not what it seems, you must find the truth”, with a flashback to Elsa as a young girl. She is also told to “go north across the enchanted lands and into the unknown”, so it looks like our Frozen friends will head off on an exciting adventure.
While we all patiently wait for the release in November, let’s get our Frozen themed desserts ready for our Frozen 2 party! How cute are these!!
