A new bar with an Indiana Jones theme will open this fall at Downtown Disney. Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar is under construction on the waterfront between the new Boathouse and the Paradiso 37 restaurants in The Landing section of the entertainment complex, which is being retooled and renamed Disney Springs.
The 150-seat bar is named for Indiana Jones’ pilot and will have an aviation theme. Guests will see vintage travel posters, propeller-like ceiling fans and a diving bell booth.
On the menu will be “Rolling Boulder Meatballs” and “Air Pirates Everything Pretzels” with mustard and beer-cheese fondue. Cocktails will include “Hovito Mojito.” There will also be outdoor seating on Jock’s steamboat, facing Lake Buena Vista.
