The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando has always been one of my favorite resorts in the Walt Disney World Resort area. The atmosphere is phenomenal. High-end deluxe at reasonable prices is the best way to describe it. The on-site restaurants are fabulous and the amenities are outstanding. Each year the on-site restaurants deliver great food with seasonal menus. This year is no different.
Executive Chef David Didzunas and the talented culinary team at LakeHouse unveil a new, seasonal menu themed to capture the latest trends in family dining while enjoying a full day of summer resort fun. LakeHouse overlooks private Lake Windsong and offers upscale breakfast, lunch and dinner options, as well as, cocktails and small bites throughout the day and evening.
- Lake Meadow Crab Deviled Eggs
- Octopus Tomato Bruschetta
- Honey Chipotle Chicken Sliders
- Roasted Half Chicken
- Grilled Organic Wild Isles Salmon
- Eggplant Parmesan Flatbread
