Foodie Friday: Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers

I have never really been a frozen meal kind of person but decided to give these a try since I have been looking for some healthier options for lunch or light dinners, and we all need some options that are quick and easy for those busy days. I was surprised at the variety of choices when I started looking through the freezer at my local  grocery store! I had a hard time deciding which one to choose. I decided to try the Chicken Fried Rice – Four minutes from freezer to table – and the aroma coming from my microwave was wonderful! I particularly liked being able to mix the food into the sauce myself. It allows you to decide how much sauce you want.
