Free Activities Walt Disney World

If you have been to Disney World Resort, it’s no surprise to you that the cost of every little thing sure can add up fast. Walt Disney World does offer some free activities that are available to you and your family. It doesn’t matter what the ages of your children are, there are some free activities that are suitable for everyone.  Have you done any of these freebies?

  1. Become a Wilderness Explorer at Animal Kingdom Park when you collect over 30 badges for completing challenges, all while learning about wildlife and cultures.
  2. Enjoy fireside marshmallows and campfire activities at select Wald Disney World Resort locations. Make sure to check-out the campfire activities at Fort Wilderness for a special meeting with Chip and Dale (you can choose to bring your own marshmallows and sticks or purchase a kit).
  3. Check-out the “Movies Under the Stars” outdoor movies on select nights at Disney Resorts.
  4. Swing by Harmony Barber Shop on Main Street, U.S.A. for a free pixie dust of hair confetti.
  5. Make a pit stop at any Kidcot Fun Stop around World Showcase at Epcot for a kid friendly craft as well as fun interaction with a Cast Member from each country.
  6. Take a monorail tour – One of my favorite things to do with my granddaughter is to ride the monorail and stop of the resorts located along the route for a walk through the lobby and a treat.
  7. Take a friendship boat tour – go to each of the Epcot area resorts by boat. Explore the lobby and have a treat!
  8. Night vision at Animal Kingdom Lodge is another favorite that all kids love. What an adventure to see all the animals at night and watch what they are doing.
  9. Sampling drinks at Club Cool in Epcot keeps us all laughing too!
  10. Don’t forget to look for hidden Mickeys and see who can find the most!
