Are you a local? Will you be visiting Myrtle Beach later this month? Then mark your calendar for this year’s KidzTime Festival! Kids and their families will enjoy face painting, character appearances, live entertainment and more during Broadway at the Beach’s KidzTime Festival.
The weather hasn’t been too cold this winter so spending the day outside should definitely be your plan. Why not head to the 19th Annual KidzTime Festival to enjoy some good outdoor family fun!
Broadway at the Beach in Myrtle Beach, S.C., will host the 19th Annual KidzTime Festival on Saturday, February 22, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This is a family-friendly event open to the public, featuring FREE admission.
Broadway at the Beach, for the second year, is partnering with Help 4 Kids for the KidzTime Festival and during the event, representatives from Help 4 Kids will be collecting much needed items for their Backpack Buddies program. These items include: canned pasta, Vienna sausages, Pop Tarts, chicken noodle soup, toothpaste, toothbrushes, socks and underwear for school-aged children, K-12thgrade.
Attendees are encouraged to bring donations for this local organization helping the kids in our community stay healthy and not hungry.
This year’s festival will take place in parking lot 17, near the Broadway 360 Observation Wheel at Pavilion Park West on the 21stAvenue North side of the property.
A wide range of vendors will be participating and will be located inside and outside of a large, circus-style tent.
A variety of kid-friendly games, interactive activities, performances, mascot appearances, character appearances and giveaways will be offered by vendors. These include, but are not limited to, face painting, stilt-walking balloon artists, trackless train rides, spin-to-win wheels, corn hole, art contests and more.
Pavilion Park West will be offering a free ride on the Broadway 360 Observation Wheel with coupon during the event and guests may pick up the coupon at the Broadway at the Beach vendor table inside the tent.
Festival goers will also be treated to a Dance Party with Mr. Nigel. He will be singing, dancing and leading the party as our festival emcee throughout the day with occasional breaks.
