
Dole Whip Easy Recipes
The world is full of Dole Whip loving Disney fans! We see all over social media people coming home from a Disney vacation and wishing they had another taste of a Dole Whip.
Dole Whips are a Disney cult favorite, there’s no denying that. Add in a little rum – or a little champagne – and your Dole Whip is suddenly a perfect little boozy treat!
Here are four (4) Dole Whip recipes for you to enjoy – three (3) with a little added boozy kick and one (1) without. The first three recipes were found on Delish.com.
Of course, you can leave out the booze to make these kid-friendly.

Dole Whip Mimosa
The Dole Whip Mimosa is perfect for a Sunday morning brunch. I bet it will also be a great addition during the hot summer months, sitting outside with friends!
Dole Whip Mimosa

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. sugar, for rimming champagne flutes
- Pineapple Wedges
- 1 cup Pineapple Juice
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1 bottle Champagne (Cava or Presecco)
- Whipped Topping
Instructions
- Pour sugar onto a shallow dish. Run a pineapple wedge around 6 champagne flutes and dip flute in sugar. Set aside.
- In a tall glass, stir together pineapple juice and coconut milk until combined.
- Pour evenly into champagne flutes
- Top each flute with champagne
- Garnish each with pineapple wedge and whipped topping
Strawberry Dole Whip
This is actually my favorite. The strawberry adds the perfect amount of sweetness and makes this a refreshing treat.
You can also leave out the pineapple for a delicious strawberry smoothie. You can also add in just a wee little bit of of rum if you’re really looking to relax.
Strawberry Dole Whip

Ingredients
- 3 cups quartered frozen strawberries
- 3 cups frozen pineapple
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- Strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, add strawberries, pineapple, coconut milk, and sweetened condensed milk and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses
- Garnish with strawberries to serve.
Boozy Dole Whip Pops
Make sure the kids don’t get their hands on these frozen treats at your next get-together!
You can make a batch without the coconut rum – just don’t mix them up and let the kids get the wrong ones! Maybe put a half cheery or another colorful garnish on the ones without the rum so there will be no mistakes.
Boozy Dole Whip Pops

Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen pineapple
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup coconut rum
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 15 - 3 oz. dixie cups
- Toasted shredded coconut
- 15 popsicle sticks
Instructions
- Blend frozen pineapple, coconut milk, rum, and sweetened condensed milk in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into Dixie cups and top with toasted coconut, then place a popsicle stick in the center of each cup.
- Freeze until solid, at least 5 hours.
- When ready to serve, cut open Dixie cup with scissors and peel them away from the pops.
Dole Whip Smoothie with (or without) Rum
I have always admitted that I’m not a fan of the Dole Whip but I do love the Dole Whip with Rum available in Epcot.
This recipe is so easy to make and while I sit on my porch sipping this I daydream about strolling through World Showcase!
Dole Whip Smoothie with (or without) Rum

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 6 oz. of your favorite rum
- 16 oz. frozen pineapple
- Cherries for garnish
Instructions
Place frozen pineapple and coconut milk in the blender and blend till pureed. Add in Rum and blend for a few more seconds. Pour into glass and garnish with cherry.

This is a really really moist cake with a great pineapple flavor. Does it taste like Dole Whip? Well, sort of.
Honestly, I like this cake more then I like Dole Whip since I’m not really a huge Dole Whip fan.
