By now, most Disney lovers have heard about the Golden Oak Community. A beautiful, upscale residential community located in Walt Disney World® with single family homes starting at $1.8 million dollars.
Golden Oak is divided into four separate neighborhoods:
Carolwood and Silverbrook sections are dedicated to larger homes (from just under 6,000 sq. ft. to just under 10,000 sq. ft.). Marceline and Kimball Trace offer homes from around 3,800 sq. ft. to 4,900 sq. ft. Each section offers several different styles of home plans to choose from. No matter what section of Gold Oaks you choose, residents all enjoy the Disney Resident Services – we all know Disney knows how to do things right!
There’s something rather delightful about being able to hand over your Want To’s and Must Do’s to someone who can orchestrate them into Well Dones. And here, such skill and dedication is as close as the Golden Oak Resident Services team, who brings Disney’s renowned guest service culture directly to you and your guests. Using a concierge-style, fee-based approach, the team can help assist with select personal, residential and resort requests. To name but a few:
- Disney Parks and Special Event Tickets
- Private VIP Tours
- In-home Dinners and Parties
- Disney-inspired Holiday Décor
- Private Transportation to destinations within Walt Disney World® Resort
- Dining Reservations
- Spa Reservations
- Golf Tee-times
- Home Maintenance Services
- Move-in Services
At the heart of this exceptional community experience is a selection of luxurious amenities, enriching events and resort offerings available to Golden Oak residents.
Summerhouse offers your family a special kind of magic, with signature amenities such as:
- Markham’s restaurant and Tyler’s lounge
- State-of-the-art fitness facilities, with private training area and workout studio
- Gathering areas, central courtyard with fountain

- Family room with game area
And throughout the year, Summerhouse hosts a variety of don’t-miss occasions for children and adults, many with a theme or seasonal focus.
Golden Oak is home to a delightful series of sculptures inspired by the theme of Disney friends in nature. Cast in timeless bronze and sized true to life, the series “stars” beloved characters from classic Disney animated movies. Ariel and friends greet the comings and goings of residents along Dream Tree Boulevard; Bambi, Thumper and Flower are at home near the entrance to Carolwood; and gathered around the reflecting pool in Marceline’s Charming Park are Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs along with their adorable forest friends.
Golden Oak will also encompass Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort—currently under construction and scheduled to open August 3, 2014. Highlights of this 444-guest- room hotel include:
- Tom Fazio-designed golf course
- Superlative restaurants
- Facilities for private events
- Full-service spa
THE DISNEY CONNECTION
The 2014 Disney Connection is your go–to resource for family fun and memory making. Designed for Golden Oak residents to create a magical Walt Disney World® Resort experience, the Disney Connection features the Golden Oak Resident Pass, concierge–style resident services and in–park and resort benefits. Many are included in membership in the Golden Oak Club, while others are available for an additional fee. The Golden Oak Club is a private social and recreational club for the enjoyment of its members and their guests. Each homeowner of Golden Oak is required to be a member of the Club.
The different neighborhoods of Golden Oak each have their own charm – such as the Snow White reflecting pool in Marceline’s Charming Park, Bambi, Thumper and Flower near the entrance to Carolwood and Ariel and Friends near the fountain on Dream Tree Boulevard.
