My two favorite spots to enjoy a cold cocktail just happen to be in Epcot. They are both a favorite not necessarily because of the location, but more for the cocktail I enjoy there. I really enjoy just roaming around Epcot from spot to spot. From bench to bench. I find the entire World Showcase to be a relaxing walk through time, different countries, different foods and one of the best ways I like to spend a day at Walt Disney World.
THE JOY OF TEA
My son loves tea – any kind of tea – hot or cold, so whenever I visit Epcot with him, The Joy of Tea is a necessary stop. He also loves the beer flights at the Germany pavilion, but that’s a story for a different time and place! The Joy of Tea has an outstanding selection of tea and tea-infused drinks. It is an easily overlooked spot since it is nothing more than a stand outside of the China Pavilion just in front of the lagoon and blends in with nearby displays
One of my favorites has become the Tipsy Ducks in Love, billed as a “Hong Kong Style Yuan Yang Drink. While I have no idea what that means, I know that the Tipsy Ducks in Love, available in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions, is something everyone should try. It is made with a creamy cold tea and coffee combination blended with chocolate and bourbon, with or without whipped cream.
I really enjoy getting a Tipsy Duck right around the time for the next show outside the China Pavilion. I’ll find a bench, sit and sip and enjoy the show!

Les Vins des Chefs de France
I like to mix it up a bit when I get to the France Pavilion! I like to switch between the Grand Marnier Slush and the Grey Goose Citron Slush. Both of these are so refreshing on a really hot, OMG I’m melting, day at Epcot. Both are so refreshing and easy to get down so be very careful. Of course the number one issue can be that sneaky hits you in the head brain freeze! The other one is the fact that a bit of tipsy can sneak up on you with both of these drinks (especially if you had sampled some others on your stroll around the world).
There are so many spots in France to relax, I usually have my pick of a few to choose from. It’s always a plus when there is an outside show going on but if not, the area is full of spots to sip and chill!
Do you have a favorite cocktail or sipping spot in Epcot?
