“Cinderella” finally opened in theaters! As some of you know, I have a great fondness for all things Cinderella so I was excited to learn about this live action version and it seemed like an endless wait for the release. My love for “Cinderella” started many, many, many years ago – in grade school. I played the role of Cinderella in a school play and my mother created this fabulous rags to riches costume – beautiful gown underneath and burlap dress on top – closed with velcro – give it a pull – and I was miraculously transformed and on my way to the ball! I still remember the young man, Mark K., who played Prince Charming! Heading to Cinderella’s Royal Table at Walt Disney World Resort is always at the top of my dining list where I get to sit back and remember my time as “Cinderella.“
And don’t forget opening for this great re-make of a wonderful classic – “Frozen Fever!” Now that it has been announced that “Frozen 2” is in the works, this wonderful little film will keep the “Frozen” craze alive while we wait!
