The ABC Commissary is themed after an actual workplace cafeteria. It has one of the largest seating areas in a quick service dining location in Hollywood Studios, with a small amount of outdoor seating as well. I like this location for lunch when at Hollywood Studios for several reasons. Because the theming is considered boring by some with small children, it is not always a first choice for lunch by many – I have always been able to find a table with more than enough space to accommodate my party. The menu is large enough that everyone can find something to suit their taste. The last time I ate there, I sat next to David Copperfield and his family having lunch!
Is the food spectacular? No, it is typical quick service food but served nice and hot, fresh and one of the things I like the best – quickly! They also offer a few small additions to the typical quick service burger making it “something just a little different! – Cheeseburger and Fried Shrimp for $10.99. They also offer a nice variety of salads and chicken. The prices are reasonable and they accept the Disney Dining Plan.
If you are looking for a quick lunch on your next visit to Hollywood Studios, stop at the ABC Commissary and give it a try!
